Option 2 - Antenatal and postnatal care only If you are planning to give birth in hospital you may find this care option useful. I will provide continuity of care throughout the whole of your pregnancy, give information and tips for your labour and birth, and will take your care over again once you have returned home from hospital, providing the same level of care as outlined in option 1.
Option 3 - Postnatal care only As in option 1, but providing your care from the time that you return home after the birth. Help and consistent information provided at the right time can make the difference between successfully establishing breastfeeding and changing to formula feeding. I will be accessible by phone for advice, and will visit you regularly as well to make sure that you are recovering well and that your baby is thriving.
